Born and raised in the Yukon, including years spent growing up off-grid in Marsh Lake, Terence offers a genuine understanding of the northern lifestyle, community, and investment landscape. Rick Krupa is a licensed real estate professional serving clients in Whitehorse and surrounding areas with Yukon Real Estate Advisers. He is also the Broker and owner of Flight Realty in Alberta, has over 15 years of real estate experience, is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), is knowledgeable in home renovations, and flies part-time as a Boeing 737 Captain with Air North, Yukon’s Airline.
With nearly 12 years in real estate administration and operations, Monique supports the Yukon team with seasoned expertise and structured systems that protect every stage of the transaction. Having worked with some of the highest-producing agents and teams in Western Canada, she brings a refined understanding of high-volume, high-performance real estate environments to the northern market.
Her experience includes working within a real estate assistant services company that supported over 20 REALTORS® across 10+ brokerages, giving her broad exposure to compliance standards, transaction management protocols, and scalable operational systems. This diverse background allows her to adapt seamlessly to varying brokerage policies while maintaining consistency and accuracy across every file.
Monique’s strengths lie in deadline control, documentation accuracy, compliance management, and proactive communication. She ensures contracts are complete, deposits are handled properly, regulatory requirements are met, and conveyancing transitions smoothly.
